Handling requests

As stipulated by current legislation, you, as the data holder, have the right to access, rectify, delete or request portability of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances. To exercise any of these rights, please send a detailed email to contato@fluxo.pro.

We are committed to responding to all requests within 15 days from the date of receipt. This period can be extended by another 15 days in exceptional cases, and you will be notified within the initial period if there is a need for extension. If the nature of the request is particularly complex and requires more time to be fully addressed, we will inform you about the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Please note that, for your safety and to ensure that the rights of the data holder are respected, we may request additional information to confirm your identity before meeting any request.
