3. User Responsibilities
3.1. You are entirely responsible for all the information you share through the Software Xpress application. FLUXO Business Automation is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
3.2. If you identify any incorrect or outdated information, it is your responsibility to notify FLUXO Business Automation and request a correction.
4. Responsibilities of FLUXO Business Automation
4.1. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with all LGPD regulations.
4.2. In case of requests involving your data, such as correction, deletion, or access, the user must formally request it through the email contato@fluxo.pro. FLUXO Business Automation will have the legal deadline established by LGPD, which is 15 days, to respond to your request.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
5.1. FLUXO Business Automation will not be responsible for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, related to the use or inability to use the Software Xpress application.
5.2. The user acknowledges and agrees that FLUXO Business Automation has no control over third parties and is therefore not responsible for any acts by third parties that may result in loss, damage, harm, or any other negative consequence to the user.
6. Changes to the Terms of Use
We may change this Terms of Use occasionally. Whenever there is a significant change, we will notify you or post an updated version to keep you informed.
7. Consent
By continuing to use the Software Xpress application, you declare that you have read and agreed to this Terms of Use, accepting all of its conditions.
8. Copyright and Content Liability
8.1. The user guarantees that all information, data, and content provided to the Software Xpress application are free from copyright or, if they hold copyright, that they have all the necessary authorizations for their sharing and use by FLUXO Business Automation. The user exempts FLUXO from any claim or demand related to copyright infringement arising from the information provided to the application.
8.2. FLUXO Business Automation does not endorse, agree, or promote any form of hate speech, discrimination, profanity, homophobic terms, xenophobic, animal abuse, or sexual connotations. The user is strictly prohibited from inserting such content into the Software Xpress application.
8.3. In the event of identifying inappropriate content or if formally notified by authorities or victims, FLUXO Business Automation will take the appropriate actions. The user responsible for the act will be notified and will be subject to a fine equivalent to 10 minimum wages in effect in Brazil at the time of the infraction.
8.4. If the offensive content is not removed by the user within 24 hours after notification, their access to the Software Xpress application will be permanently blocked, and the content will be hidden.
8.5. In situations of permanent blocking, the user's data will be kept according to the legal deadlines established by LGPD and may be made available to competent authorities when requested.
